We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our e-commerce store build and Shopify integration projects. You will be a key member of our team, ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have technical experience, project management skills, and effective communication abilities.

Job Description

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work with brand & marketing team to deliver Shopify e-commerce solutions.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Lead project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and milestones.

Shopify Knowledge Research:

• Stay updated with industry trends and Shopify updates.
• Understand Shopify platform capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and partners.

Client Communication:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Conduct regular status meetings and updates.
• Address client concerns and expectations proactively.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing team, designers, and other team members to resolve issues.
• Foster a collaborative and creative team environment.

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Digital marketing certification (preferred).

Skills:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including developing and executing successful campaigns.
• SEO strategy and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
• Data analysis to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Email marketing experience (preferred but not necessary).
• Social media skills, including managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (preferred but not necessary).
• Content creation skills, such as graphic design, copywriting, and video editing (preferred but not necessary).

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Digital Marketing Assistant.
