The appointee will be responsible for managing the administration and admission of academic programs under the supervision of the Department’s Manager (Administration). They will frequently interact with students, lead efforts in organizing student activities, handle inquiries, and liaise with various offices and units on a daily basis. Additionally, they will provide secretarial support to faculty members and departmental committees/task groups, as well as perform tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. They should possess a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and be proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and Adobe. Solid working experience in supporting academic programs in tertiary education will be an advantage. Knowledge of CANVA, Illustrator and/or Photoshop and website updates is preferred. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, highly independent, proactive, and a strong team player. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
