Analyst Programmer (SQL, 5 days work, over $40K)

Job Duties:

  • To assist Assistant Information Technology Manager (AITM) in supervising the contractor in
  • performing system implementation and integration (SI&I) tasks and system and user acceptance tests and
  • ensure timely delivery of deliverables of the computer-aided Dispatch (CAD) System
  • To assist AITM in attending regular meetings and/or technical working group meetings with representatives and offer technical advice in relation to the design and the implementation of the CAD System
  • To assist AITM in supervising and offering assistance to the contractor in realizing detailed functional and user requirements
  • To assist AITM in supervising and offering assistance to the contractor in developing prototypes and/or mock-ups and/or custom programme of the CAD System
  • To assist AITM in reviewing and accepting any prototypes and/or mock-ups in relation to the CAD System
  • To offer assistance to the representatives in reviewing, testing and accepting any user interface
  • design and functional design of the CAD System for the system and user acceptance tests
  • To review, assess and comment project deliverables of the CAD System

Job Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
  • At least 4 years' experience in IT industry
  • Experience in Client/Server Application Development, Object-oriented Analysis and Design and SQL
  • At least 1 year working experience in mission critical system preferable
