兼職辦公室助理/茶水助理 ($70/hr)

工作職責:

  • 負責保持辦公室、會議室及茶水間整潔，包括：清潔茶水間及各項茶水間設備、洗杯等
  • 檢查存貨及添加紙巾等，確保茶水間日用品充足
  • 協助處理行政工作如於辦公室內派發文件及包裹
  • 處理日常外勤工作
  • 執行上司指派的工作

工作要求:

  • 中三或以上程度
  • 至少一年工作經驗
  • 有責任感及守時 -良好粵語，略懂讀寫中文和英文
  • 工作時間 : 一星期最少5-6天 (9am-1pm)
