Operation Support / Project Admin ($22K - $27K, Large scale company)

Job Description:

  • Report to executive level internal stakeholders
  • Keep track of action items and resolve where required
  • Provide administrative/ logistical support, including preparation of documents, meeting room reservation and handling of expenses
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Provide administrative support on Resource Management

Job Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • At least 2 years of working experience with proven experience as a Project Administrator /  Administrative Officer
  • Solid knowledge of office administrative procedures
  • Experience with office management software (e.g. MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Organized and has an attention to detail • Driven, problem solver • Excellent written and verbal Cantonese and English
