IT Support (Fresh graduates welcome, $24K, Kowloon)

Job Description: 

  • Provide onsite support to user and serve as the first point of contact for IT support inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
  • Set up and configure workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and regularly update records.
  • Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Contribute to business meetings and report on issue status
  • Provide 7x24 on-call support on roster basis.

Job Requirement:​ 

  • Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
  • Fresh graduates welcome, with 1 year experience is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in one of the below skills:
  1. Load Balancer network device admin and support
  2. Linux administrator and operation
  3. Automation script (e.g. Ansible)
  4. CI/CD pipelining / Openshift / Nginx and HAProxy
  5. Database support (MYSQL, MSSQL, Oracle)
  6. Mission critical systems
  7. Windows platforms Administration and support
  8. Radiology information system and Imaging application systems (e.g. Mach7 Imaging solutions)
  • Good communication skills
