IT Support Engineer (Ticketing / POS, 5 days work, over $20K)

Job Description: 

  • Provide on-site support for the Ticketing terminal, Ticketing Kiosk, retail shop POS, and F&B shop POS, including the device health check, diagnosis, and execution recovery procedures
  • Investigate system issues or incidents, mitigate the issue, and document the root cause and solution
  • Prepare, set up and support hardware & software/applications for pop-up ticketing / POS counter
  • Coordinate change request and implement change request

Job Requirement:​ 

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 year' experience in system support
  • Experience in supporting ticketing terminals, kiosks, or POS systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
