Infrastructure & Cloud Specialist (Kai Tak, over $60k)

Job Description: 

  • Supporting various components of the private cloud platform, including virtualization, storage solutions, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery systems
  • Assisting in disaster recovery drills and security risk assessments
  • Providing technical assistance to application teams on cloud-based deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Conducting PoC tests and supporting the deployment of a new cloud virtualization platform using national cloud solutions such as Huawei and Sangfor
  • Performing other duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirement:​ 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of working experience in cloud platform support and management
  • Hands-on experience in below technology:
  1. VMware Cloud virtualization platform
  2. Host servers, SAN storages and switches
  3. Cloud backup and recovery solutions for VMs
  4. Windows and Linux servers.
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
