Job Duties:

• Assist the project manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring IT project activities
• Participate in the development of project plans, schedules and budgets
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and coordinate project tasks
• Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular status updates
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs and risk registers
• Support the testing and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring a smooth rollout
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and managing project files

Jobs Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in IT or related disciplines,
• 2 years working experience in project management & customer servicing will be an added advantage (but not a must)
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Good in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Good in both written and oral communication skills
