System Analyst (5 days work, $40K-$43K)

Job Duties:

  • Analyze and evaluate current IT systems and procedures
  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder collaboration
  • Design and propose innovative IT solutions that align with business goals
  • Coordinate with developers and testers to ensure system integrity
  • Lead system testing and provide support during implementation
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation and user manuals

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
  • At least 4-5 years' experience in IT industry
  • Experience in system analysis, preferably in contact center systems, digital platforms, or enterprise IT systems
  • Strong understanding of contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Oracle CX) and their integration with legacy systems
  • Experience with data flow design, API integration, and system architecture.
  • Familiarity with legacy systems and migration strategies
  • Knowledge of cloud-based and on-premise systems
