Job Description: 

• Work with the team for server hardware & SAN infrastructure design, setup and provision for data centre projects such as data centre relocation to co-loc project, legacy server hardware replacement, SAN storage refreshment, etc.
• Liaise and coordinate cross-departmental stakeholders to support these infrastructure and data centre projects.
• Conduct detailed inventory and assessment of all equipment and infrastructure to be relocated to co-loc such as servers, networking devices, storage systems, power and cooling equipment, and cabling infrastructure. Accurate documentation of the existing setup is crucial for efficient decommissioning, transportation, and reinstallation at the new location.
• Support and coordinate various audits of data centres and IT infrastructure such as ISO audits, quality audit, fixed asset audit, internal audit, etc.
• Act as focal point to support and coordinate activities of data centres such as server/storage relocation, etc., during the data centre relocation project and so on.
• Infrastructure system administration and documentation update.
• Enforcement of IT infrastructure and data centre standards.
• Handle of Change, Problem, and Incident
• Work with the team for problem analysis, compilation of report, and providing solutions to incidents.

Job Requirement:​ 

• Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experiences in IT Infrastructure and/or data centre operation / projects with sound technical skills at supervisory level in the past 3 years.
• Sound knowledge and experience of Data Center relocation which involves a thorough evaluation of the new data centre facility and factors such as physical space, power capacity, cooling capacities, and network connectivity need to be assessed to ensure they meet the requirements of the relocated infrastructure.
• Self-initiative and work with passion, a can-do attitude with strong ownership.
• Possession of certificates such as Certified Data Center Expert (CDCE) or equivalent, PMP, HPE/IBM/Dell SAN storage administrator certificate or equivalent, HPE/DELL servers administrator certificate or equivalent, etc., are advantages.
• Sound problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet defined schedule/deadline & KPIs.
• Good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese preferably including Putonghua.
• Good attitude and cross-team collaboration work.
• Possession of related IT certification is an advantage.
