Job Duties:

• Monitoring and Controller

1. Install the networking devices and sensors at customer sites.
2. Configure and calibrate devices to ensure optimal performance.
3. Conduct site surveys to determine the best installation locations.

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting

1. Perform regular maintenance and updates on installed systems.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to devices and networks.
3. Provide on-site and remote support to customers.

• Testing and Quality Assurance

1. Test devices and systems to ensure they meet performance standards.
2. Document test results and provide feedback to the development team.
3. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Customer Support and Training

1. Train customers on the use and maintenance of systems.
2. Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries.
3. Develop and update user manuals and training materials.

Job Requirement:

• Form 5/DSE cert holder or above
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Interest in Windows platforms, wireless transmission, and networking
• Understanding of the functioning and data transmission of various sensors
• Keen on learning the fundamentals of user experience (UX)
• Interest in employing AI and machine learning techniques for data synthesis
• Dedicated to ensuring product security, privacy, and data protection, with knowledge of data retrieval
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Capability to excel in a dynamic and technically demanding environment
