Junior / Network Support (Airport, multiple vacancies)

Job Description:

  • Monitor the network infrastructure and identify and troubleshoot network issues.
  • Implement solutions to resolve/mitigate network issues.
  • Provide 1st tier technical support for network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with 2nd tier technical support for issue escalation.
  • Engage and develop positive relationships with customers and partners.
  • Document updates on network configurations, inventory, changes, and procedures.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 2 year solid experience in network administration and support 
  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in firewall management (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, etc..).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in network environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
