Job Description:

• Drive liaison with stakeholders over requirements elicitation, analyse and feedback to user representatives from Strategic Business Units.
• Vendor Management: To manage and lead the outsourced contractors on implementation, enhancement 
• Process Mapping: Map out workflows and document end-to-end processes, identifying areas of improvement.
• Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and scripts to ensure system functionality, accuracy, and data integrity.
• System Evaluation: Identify, analyse, and document any system discrepancies, working with developers to resolve issues promptly.
• Facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback from users, and ensure the system is ready for deployment.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of testing phases and create documentation for knowledge sharing.

Requirement Details:

• Degree holder in computer subjects, Information Technology
• 3 years or above experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Solid business analysis experience in large scale projects. 
• Experience in Business Process Re-engineering & Process Modeling
• Good meeting coordination skills.
• Good in UX/UI design with a conceptual understanding and sense for UX/UI principles.
• Proficiency in mockups tools.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
• Certification in business analysis or project management is a plus.
