Product Manager / Business Analyst (UX/UI principles, Multiple vacancies)

Job Requirements : 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Assist in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on business goals and user needs
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops to gather insights and define user needs
  • Use Figma to create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize requirements and gather early feedback
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Participate in product testing to ensure features meet business requirements and user expectations
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, requirements, and processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with design tools like Figma
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and practices
