We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences:
Assistant Manager (School of N&HS) (N&HS) (Ref: 250003T)
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Assisting in coordinating various events and activities such as seminars, workshops and conferences;
- Assisting in social media and website management, as well as promotional activities of the School;
- Liaising with external and internal partners and stakeholders of the School;
- Providing secretarial support to committees and meetings;
- Handling administrative duties involved in learning and teaching activities, as well as student related matters;
- Supervising and coaching junior staff; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- A recognized degree with at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience;
- Creative, self-motivated and target-oriented;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently;
- Good computer literacy;
- Knowledge of and experience in updating website and digital media marketing, and event management would be an advantage;
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills; and
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).
Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
