Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief System Control Engineer, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

• To control and monitor the Company’s power system and coordinate the work on the High Voltage (HV) apparatus
• To assist in assessing distribution outages and prepare switching programmes and contingency plans to maintain the continuity and security of supply of the distribution system
• To carry out operations related to HV equipment outages, commissioning and routine testing
• To perform duties of 24-hour shift roster or irregular hours

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in operation, control, planning and/or other relevant areas in the power industry
• Good understanding in distribution network and power system operations
• Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

Working Location: Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided
