Technician (Building Maintenance & Services) (Ref: TND-FM-T-R)

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Manager (Facility Management), the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To carry out repair and maintenance work in various primary station buildings and operational premises
  • To prepare and update technical records, e.g. Testing and Commissioning record, drawing and floor plan
  • To supervise and coordinate with external contractors for repairing and maintenance works of building structure, building services systems and auxiliary equipment
  • To assist in preparing the technical document and specification for repair and maintenance work of various civil and building services works

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Electrical, Building Services Engineering/ completion of recognised Technician or Apprenticeship training in Electrical, Building Services Engineering or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in building maintenance or construction works
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) or Licensed Plumber
  • Holder of a valid driving license for Class 1 vehicle an advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written  

Work location: Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided
