Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Customer Strategy Manager, the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:

• To operate funding schemes and programmes for energy management, decarbonisation and electrification promotion to customers such as energy audits and reporting under the Smart Power Services
• To coordinate stakeholder engagement and publicity activities
• To conduct market intelligence collection and analysis to formulate strategies that support customers in implementing energy management, decarbonisation and electrification
• To assist in the preparation of budgets and compilation of reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in customer relation management or business development
• Experience in energy audit, retro-commissioning, or renewable energy installation an advantage
• Good PC skill and knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel and Word, familiarity with M365 tools preferred
• Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Customer Strategy Executive.
