Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project owners, contractors and vendors on the studies, planning and implementation of new development projects and enhancement works amid live cross boundary passenger transport services (e.g. SPT new services, new T2, Inbound Car Parks, etc.) to ensure operation efficiency
• Conduct market research on passenger portfolio and travel behavior of cross boundary passenger transport services
• Identify latest trend of intermodal passenger travel within the Greater Bay Area, such as new transport infrastructure development in the GBA, new transportation modes to and from the Greater Bay Area and its impact to SkyPier Terminal
• Support the capacity review of intermodal passenger facilities and the formulation of corresponding enhancement project, and coordinate with Capital Works Department on the design process of new intermodal passenger facilities
• Assist in formulating strategic development strategy for intermodal passenger travel, and identify key future initiatives that could help to promote and enhancing passenger experiences of cross boundary passenger transport services
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to prepare operation readiness upon commissioning of new intermodal passenger facilities and services, such as arranging familiarization trip to airport community and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth operation on service commencement
• Support Airport City development by coordinating with works departments on facilitating their projects adjacent to SkyPier Terminal and nearby waters, such as Airport City Cove

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics Management, Aviation Management, Facility Management or related disciplines with minimum of 3 years' solid working experience in airport/airline operation environment
• Familiar with airline / airport operations, in particular the solid knowledge of cross boundary passenger transport operations
• Experience in the operation of cross boundary passenger transport and project management will be an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage
• Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Office
• Attention to details, pro-active, able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to travel to Greater Bay Area
