Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide site supervision on electrical and mechanical maintenance works, major refurbishment, alteration and improvement works on electrical and mechanical facilities
• Monitor contractor’s work progress, site safety and work quality
• Provide technical advice on preparing tender documents and drawings for maintenance and improvement works of electrical and mechanical facilities
• Supervise and organize maintenance of electrical and mechanical facilities and ensure they are in compliance with the standard specifications, the Authority’s requirements and relevant statutory requirements
• Assist in planning and controlling maintenance and refurbishment budgets
• Collate, trend, analyze and review operation and maintenance records for improvements
• Perform shift duties including overnight shift if required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 4 years’ relevant working experience in supervision of maintenance and/or construction works.  Degree holder with 2 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered
• Candidate without the above specified academic qualification but have 10 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker for HV and/or LV electrical installations is required
• Solid experience in airport works or maintenance of large scale electrical & mechanical systems under a live operating environment is an advantage
• Proactive, service oriented and be able to work independently
• Team player with good communication, interpersonal and organizing skills
• Knowledge in CAD or BIM will be an advantage
• Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
