Responsibilities:

• Execute design, planning, tender preparation, implementation and management of various Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) projects within budget and schedule requirement
• Carry out replacement and enhancement projects i.e. motor and check-in counter replacement works for existing BHS
• Conduct research and analysis on the performance of existing BHS in compliance with safety, technical and operational requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify improvement areas and provide cost-effective engineering solutions with insights into the latest technology development and innovative solutions
• Lead a team of Assistant Engineers and Project Inspectors to deliver multi-disciplinary projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Control & Automation Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 6 years' relevant working experience, of which 2 years’ technical experience in Baggage Handling System (BHS), Material Handling System (MHS) or other automation systems would be an advantage
• Professional qualification Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Control & Automation or other related disciplines gained from recognized professional bodies is required
• Team player with good organizing, supervising, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
