This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organisation need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the vendor, Baggage Management Office (BMO), internal and external business partners on the installation of new conveyor system and associated services, including work permit application review
• Assist in tender process and contract award
• Work with the project team to ensure seamless integration with the existing Baggage Handling System (BHS) and airport infrastructure systems, as well as supervise the testing and validation of the system
• Monitor the operation readiness of the new conveyor system, formulate operations procedures and contingency plans, develop user manuals, and support documentation for BHS in the coordination with the operational team
• Plan and deliver training and familiarisation programs for frontline staff, and conduct trial runs to familiarise stakeholders with the procedures and contingencies of BHS

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines with a minimum 3 year's relevant working experience, preferably in airport management, airline operations or project management
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, along with leadership and organisational abilities
• Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua is preferred
