Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory records and handle the end-to-end logistic process for materials, including order fulfilment and transportation coordination
• Handle sales and purchase orders
• Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
• Assist in forecasting supply needs based on trends and demand patterns
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts
• Using inventory management software and systems to track and analyze inventory trends and performance
• Experience with POS system is an advantage

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years or above relevant working experience, preferably in supply chain, inventory control, or logistics, retail experience is preferable
• Meticulous, self-motivated, positive, independent, organized, and good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS office application (including Word and Excel)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
