Job Responsibilities:

• Review, develop and implement HR policies and practices to build a positive and thriving culture in the Company
• Work closely with department and site operation leaders to review staff budgeting and monitor staff costings
• Consolidate HR data, develop effective dashboards or other ways for HR analytics and prepare for management reporting (including internal audit and Group's requests)
• Maintain and manage HR information system e.g IPL, facilitate smooth operation for the ERP platform
• Supervise day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Overseeing full spectrum of human resources management tasks, including C&B, recruitment and selection, performance management, organizational development, employee relations etc.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the training programs within the company

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience with strong knowledge in integrated management 
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Capable of progressing in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Occasionally travel to construction sites for internal meetings 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
