We are a well-established construction company and now seeking motivated candidate for the following position:
Deputy Contracts Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist and be responsible to their superiors for all matters related to commercial contracts management.
  • Supervise and manage subordinates to ensure they fulfill their responsibilities.
  • Implement company policies and protect the interests of the company.
  • Ensure that the execution and supervision of subordinates comply with the requirements of the company's quality assurance system.
  • Assist the company in implementing the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Ensure that daily operations align with the required policies and the goals and requirements of the IMS.
  • Monitor the daily operations of the IMS and ensure effective execution.
  • Provide feedback to management on the performance of the IMS implementation.
  • Carry out other responsibilities assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies
  • Professional qualifications such as HKIS, RPS, NEC4 or equivalent preferred
  • 8-10 years relevant working experiences in building projects
  • Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills and problem-solving skills
