We are a well-established construction company and now seeking motivated candidate for the following position:
Assistant Site Foreman

Job Responsibilities 工作職責:

  • Monitoring site work progress
  • Supervising of quality of works
  • Monitor the performance of sub-contractor
  • To carry out inspection with RE / COW
  • To prepare the site document including daily report and site memo
  • 監控現場工作進度
  • 工程品質監督
  • 監控分包商的績效
  • 與RE / COW進行檢查
  • 準備現場文件，包括每日報告和現場備忘錄

Job Requirement 工作要求:

  • Certificate in Building Studies, Foremanship, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
  • Preferably with years site experiences in building construction
  • 建築研究、工長、土木/結構工程、施工管理或同等學歷證書
  • 具多年建築工地經驗者優先
