We are looking for experienced experts to help us leverage data and improve business decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and optimizing our current BI system to ensure optimal performance, while providing valuable insights to our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team smooth running to achieve company strategies and develop purchasing plan of the Purchasing Department
• Responsible for sourcing and procurement activities for food & non-food items and implement strategy and plan to maximize cost savings
• Monitoring the food product’s quality and the packaging
• Manage the suppliers' performance and establish long term business relationship

Job Requirements​:

• Degree holder or above
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in F&B or Hospitality industry
• Good communication, a self-motivated good team player with initiative to work under dynamic environment and tight deadlines
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Purchasing Supervisor
• Immediate available is highly preferred
