QA officer

We are looking for experienced experts to help us leverage data and improve business decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and optimizing our current BI system to ensure optimal performance, while providing valuable insights to our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the QA Manager to set up Food Safety system for all outlets
  • Monitor outlets daily operations to ensure the food products complied with the defined quality, food safety and operational standard
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required

Job Requirements​:

  • Diploma or above holder in Food Technology, Science or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in food manufacturing or laboratory experience in   food analysis or quality control
  • Solid experience in handling HACCP or ISO 22000
  • Able to work independently
  • Mature & hardworking, initiative, self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and 
  • Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Less experience will be considered as QA Assistant
