Building Engineer, Building Services

Responsibilities:

Monitor and review of relevant safety procedures and policies to ensure they are implemented to the required standard

Monitor individual and team performance to maintain and improve the service provided by external specialist contractors

Provide local knowledge and superivision of internal and external maintenance works

Ensure that contracted work is carried our with minimym disruption, within specified time and to acceptable standard

Other duties as required by Manager, Projects & Building Services

Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Building Engineering, Building Surveying, Building Studies or rquivalent related subjects

Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate

Professional Diploma in Occuptional Health and Safety which is an advantage

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in building maintenance and fitting-out work

Hands-on epxerience in managing building maintenance, site coordination and emergency repair works

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Familiar with Microsoft Office for report writing, knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage

Familiar with Buildings Ordinance and Local Regulations (e.g. Minor Works System)

Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
