PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - MARKETING (Tue & Thu)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support
  • Assist the team to coordinate and develop marketing materials
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentation deck

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Marketing or related discipline
  • Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized with multi-tasking skills and detail-minded
  • Basic Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Able to work at least 2-3 days per week (i.e. Tue & Thu)
  • Students are welcome
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
