Warehouse Supervisor / Assistant Warehouse Manager

Role:

Leading a team in the warehouse to handle daily inbound / outbound delivery for fashion items (fashion apparel, fashion accessories, footwear, sunglasses, bags)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervisor a team to monitor daily warehouse operation
  • Keep records of the goods receipt from the suppliers and the return goods from the clients
  • Monitor and arrange the delivery to the customers / clients
  • Keep the storing goods in an orderly manner
  • Responsible for the daily operations of in/outbound shipment
  • Liaise with customers follow up
  • Other job duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Logistics-related subjects
  • Related experience of warehouse operation in fashion items such as apparel, footwear, bags, fashion accessories, sunglasses etc
  • Familiar with MS Office operations, proficiency with Excel
  • SAP / WMS Knowledge is highly preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Monday -Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Alternative Saturday Off 9:00am-1:00pm
