職務

  • 負責港鐵公司管理之商廈的日常保養及維修
  • 監管承辦商之工作，包括中央冷氣系統、自動控制系統、供水及排水系統、消防系統、機電設備及一般線路維修等
  • 處理相關文書工作

 

資格

  • 持有相關的技術訓練證書及建造業安全訓練證明書，並具最少四年相關工作經驗
  • 持有A級電業工程人員註冊證明書
  • 具安全意識和責任感，並能獨立帶領及分配下屬和承辦商工作

 

備註

  • 需穿著制服
  • 需奉召於非辦公時間執行緊急維修
