• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical and other service programmes (e.g., therapeutic groups, developmental groups, educational programmes);
• Manage programmes and projects effectively, ensuring sound budgeting and manpower control;
• Maintain effective communication and build networks with internal units and external organisations;
• Formulate comprehensive care plans in accordance with the Belonging and Desistance Approach and other Society directives;
• Provide direct services tailored to the needs and characteristics of individual service users and their significant others (SOs) through various methods (e.g., interviews, home visits, escort services);
• Identify and utilise internal and community resources to support service users;
• Ensure smooth daily operations, and handle emergencies, service inquiries, case referrals, and walk-in clients;
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation, including programme plans and evaluations, case recordings and reports, and statistical data;
• Bachelor degree or above in social work, psychology or social science or above or equivalence; and
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in social welfare field.
