Guest Relationship Officer, Peony Chinese Restaurant
Discovery Bay Recreation Club Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Assistant Manager to responsible for the daily operation in Peony Chinese Restaurant
  • Provide high standard of service and handle guests’ enquiries at reception
  • Assist in planning and execution of special events and banquet functions
  • Supervise the team members in arranging their work schedule and roster
  • Ensure and control the suppliers and products meet our company standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, graduated in Hospitality Management will be an advantage
  • 4 years relevant experience in clubs, hotels or restaurants industry
  • Excellent guest interaction skill, communication skill and customer services skill
  • Pleasant, service-oriented and outgoing personality
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
