Officer, Business Process Integration (Supply Chain)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling the internal & external users’ enquiries for assigned projects
  • Coordinate with the external suppliers & internal stakeholders to reach the project target
  • Support system testing, coordinating, planning and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Data extraction and prepare reports by using excel spreadsheet

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree or Higher Diploma
  • At least 3-year relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
  • Strong business analysis skills (planning, feasibility assessments, requirements development)
  • Proficiency in PC software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Hand-on experience in ERP/WMS system
