Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of professional in generating business opportunities, expanding event sales to meet annual business plan and budget.
• Establish and maintain commercial / corporate partnerships with current / potential clients / customers with strategy and framework.
• Plan, develop and implement promotional events and campaigns.
• Responsible for managing the smooth of execution of all events and ensuring high level of service standard and customer satisfaction.
• Communicates and works closely with both internal departments & external parties including suppliers and organizers to ensure smooth running of all events.
• Manage the budget, workflow and prepare monthly sales and forecasting reports.
• Keep abreast of market trends in high-end sizable events services. 
• Assist in assigned and ad hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business / Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years in Sales & Marketing, Business Development or relevant experience, preferably in hospitality, Food & Beverage industries or sizable companies.
• Proficiency in project management, planning and coordination.
• Result oriented, proactive, attentive, well-organized, dedicated, attentive to details and willing to work under pressure
• Positive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
