Personnal Assistant (Part-time) 私人助理 (兼職)
職責：
管理並協調日常行程，包括會議安排、內部培訓、學生及其他教學活動
處理日常的文件和郵件，協助管理查詢
協助完成上司安排的工作， 包括資料存檔、編制報告、簡報、合作方案、內部資料等
協助管理課堂時間表，與導師協調時間
協助管理學生聯絡資料及合作方的重要文件
協助處理臨時制定(ad-hoc) 工作，快速應對及解決問題
與內部團隊及外部合作夥伴保持溝通，跟進工作進度，確保質素及高效協作
要求：
擁有3年以上相關工作經驗優先考慮
優秀溝通能力與組織能力
能夠處理多任務並保持高效工作, 懂資料搜集
熟練使用辦公軟件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）
具備高效的時間管理和問題解決能力
流利粵語、英語，普通話優先
良好的保密意識，能處理高度機密的個人及商務資訊
工作時間:
每週4天 (每日4小時)
工作時間可傾談
每週工作時數16 小時
月薪: $7000-8000
