職責：

  • 協助管理中心服務之行政工作
  • 協助文書工作，如撰寫報告、統計數據、會議記錄等
  • 預備會議議程、出席會議及擔任秘書
  • 統籌及執行班組活動
  • 支援中心行政工作

要求：

  • 持有認可的學士學位
  • 中學會考中、英文科取得C級(舊評)/4級(新評)或新高中文憑達3級或以上優先
  • 具良好中、英文書寫及表達能力
  • 擅中、英文電腦操作(每分鐘40字)，要懂PowerPoint及Excel
  • 處事成熟獨立、有責任感
  • 月薪$16,280起
  • 經驗不拘，機構提供在職培訓
