職責：

  • 提供個案管理及長者社區照顧服務
  • 負責為服務使用者制定個人照顧計劃、組織活動/小組
  • 負責督導前線員工

要求：

  • 需持有社工學位
  • 必須為註冊社工
  • 全職月薪$36,850起；每星期工作44小時
  • 兼職月薪$18,425起；每星期工作22小時
  • 需懂中英文打字及電腦文書工作
