主要職責:

  • 負責寫字樓和各物業場地的保養及維修工作，包括: 水電、冷氣清洗、安裝冷氣、維修電器工程，以確保日常正常運作，執行相關制定的預防保養及檢查，處理分店任何緊急或突發的工程，處理有關查詢。

資歷要求:

  • 持有屋宇設備 / 機械 / 電機 / 學徒證書或同等學歷
  • 三年或以上機電設施或屋宇設備維修保養和故障檢修經驗
  • 具一般冷氣安装，維修及保養者優先考慮
  • 持有效車牌 1,2 優先考慮
  • 須持有效的A牌或R 牌或以上電牌及平安咭

工作時間及福利 :

  • 星期一至六，9:00am 至 6:00pm
  • 每年10-14天有薪年假
