Position summary

The CSR Coordinator will coordinate audit reports, collaborate with stakeholders such as product development team, and ensure adherence to social and environmental compliance standards. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining compliance documentation, and following up audits to enhance our CSR efforts.

Job Responsibilities

• Cooperate with service providers, such as third-party audit companies, to arrange audits
• Follow up the social compliance assessments corrective actions with suppliers.
• Maintain and update the supply chain compliance database. 
• Arrange assessment to factories as required to ensure compliance in key suppliers, and performance assurance of service providers. Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and assess compliance levels. 
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for material data collection (Glimpact)
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Job requirements

• Degree-holder in Textiles / Corporate Social Responsibility or related discipline preferred; 
• Fresh graduates is welcome or candidates with 2 years of relevant experience is a plus; 
• Knowledge of social compliance standards (e.g., ICS, WRAP, amfori BSCI, SMETA, WCA, SLCP, Blue Sign, etc.) is a added value; 
• Detail-minded, good communication skills.
• Practical data management skills
• A Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
• Willing to travel as required
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Mandarin
• Good command of Microsoft Office Excel
