Officer, Compensation and Benefits (Investment Banking Arm)
  • Participate in all-round C&B functions and assist in ad-hoc projects
  • Responsible for talent acquisition & related administration support
  • Assist the team to perform all aspects of HR analysis, regular reports and specialized presentations on HR related topics for management review
  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience, with HR exposure in banking or financial sector is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Self-motivated, flexible, organized with good communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Compensation and Benefits
