Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme - Officer, Cross-border Linkage (18 months contract)

Duties:

• Assist to formulate retail banking business strategies , propositions and tactical plans for cross-border business as well as manage the implementation of key strategic projects and complete the business targets.
• Develop, identify and establish business models for cross-border customers to enhance customer segmentation.
• Work with the Head office and coordinate Hong Kong branches and mainland branches to jointly carry out internal exchanges, customer marketing and market promotion.

Able to work independent and effective communication skills in English, Chinese (including Putonghua)
 

Requirements:

• HK residents awarded bachelor’s degree or above by universities / tertiary institutions locally or outside Hong Kong (equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5) in 2022 to 2024
• Work locations: Greater Bay Area Mainland cities (at least 12 months in accordance with the Scheme requirements) & Hong Kong

Upon successful completion of the scheme with satisfactory performance, you may have the opportunity to be considered for a permanent role
