Job Description

• Be responsible for preparing and submitting all documents and evidence concerning warranty claims to Manufacturer with high accuracy and efficient manner
• Clarifies all outstanding enquiries and technical information requested from Manufacturer
• Provide advice and assistance to co-workers from workshop and office concerning procedures, required documents and technical data for warranty claims
• Be responsible for storage and defected parts in workshop areas for future warranty audit and inspection from manufacturers 
• Consolidate warranty figures and documents in service centers
• Assistant warranty experts from Manufacturers to audit and inspect warranty procedures and documents in the service centers
• Captures damage code for warranty claims
• Assist in sales/ tender activities including sales follow up and preparation of tender document 
• Assist in stock vehicle’s management
• Participate in tender for fleet related projects 
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Automotive Engineering or Engineering related majors, 
• 3 years relevant working experience is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Organized, accurate and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
• Immediate available is preferred
