Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Director of Digital to execute a digital transformation roadmap that aligns with company goals, leveraging technologies to enhance operations.
• Lead and drive discussion between cross-functional teams to provide input and recommendations on technical discussions and decisions hence to develop technical solutions and assess the feasibility to ensure the delivered digital product/solution can meet budget, timeline, and quality objectives in alignment with business strategy.
• Provide recommendations and inputs to technical architectures, solutions and timelines of digital products. i.e. facilitate integrations, scalability migrations and any technical connections with any internal/external systems.
• Assist with the prioritization of development and integration tasks to achieve business goals.
• Perform detailed technical reviews to ensure every component is being correctly implemented.
• Lead all aspects of CI/CD deployment pipelines for development, staging and production environments.
• Contribute to software design while utilizing methodologies that meet current needs and address future technologies.
• Contribute to the software test strategies and provide solutions or investigate options with a focus on software stability and reliability.
• Support software builds for verification and validation.
• Coordinate and assist with product releases and provide post-launch/ongoing technical support to the product/system.
• Organize quality reviews and ensure the product’s technical documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years solid experience in technical design, system development and implementation. Solid experience in web portal and mobile app development with CRM, CMS and multiple systems integration is a must.
• Hands-on experiences in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, Sitecore, Jenkins and DevOps.
• Experience in omnichannel implementation is an advantage.
• Technical oriented with strong business acumen; confident in working closely with designers and various business team.
• Ability to conduct technical feasibility studies for new ideas and digital projects.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision; ability to work under pressure.
• Passionate about the latest technology, data and problem-solving.
• A strong and confident communicator who can work independently and interact effectively with all levels of people.
• Have good writing skills in Chinese and English and be fluent in spoken Cantonese and English.
