Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of leasing strategies for the retail portfolio.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with partners and clients.
• Conduct basic market research and compile data to support decision-making and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate leasing activities and explore new opportunities.
• Provide administrative and operational support for leasing projects and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and a proactive, positive attitude toward challenges.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with data analysis tools will be considered an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Leasing Officer.
