About the Job 

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Officer to support DENZA’s fast-growing business. This role is focused on content execution, social media management, and campaign support, with exposure to creative production and digital marketing.

The role will work closely with the Marketing team and cross-functionally to execute campaigns, develop content, and manage day-to-day marketing operations across digital and offline touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with around 3+ years of experience, preferably from a social media, creative, or media background, who is eager to learn, takes ownership, and can grow into a more independent role over time.

Responsibilities

1. Content & Social Platforms Execution

• Support content ideation and execution across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, XHS, etc.)
• Assist in developing short-form video content, social posts, copywriting and campaign creatives.
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as print ad, press releases and media kits
• Translate product features and campaign messages into clear and engaging content.
• Assist to manage day-to-day updates of social media platforms and website contents. Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics.
• Stay updated on social media trends and formats for all social media platforms.

2. Brand Campaign & Media Coordination

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Coordinate with partners, media and creative agencies on asset delivery, timelines, and campaign rollout.
• Coordinate with agencies and production partners to deliver content.
• Ensure all campaign materials are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate internal approvals and ensure timely delivery of assets
• Maintain good organization of content materials and campaign assets

3. Event & Retail

• Support in the execution, coordination, management and data collection for marketing events
• Assist in preparation of event materials and on-site coordination
• Support content capture during events for social media and press usage
• Support the production and coordination of promotional materials, decorations for retail needs, activities in showroom and other retail environments.

4. Partners & Agency Management

• Assist in project managing and coordinating with partners and agencies
• Support content briefing and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital communications
• Background in social media agency, event agency, digital agency is preferred
• Exposure to content creation, campaign execution, or social media management
• Automotive or lifestyle brand experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong interest in content creation, storytelling, and social media trends
• Familiarity with AI tools and content creation platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, basic video editing tools, website CMS and social scheduling tools)
• Basic understanding of short-form video and digital content formats
• Strong communication and coordination skills 
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of tasks
• Detail-oriented with a positive working attitude
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Language: Cantonese, English, Mandarin
