Job Description

Who we are looking for:

What you'll do:

  • Support research and develop business strategies, methodologies, and solutions for cybersecurity services;
  • Create thought leadership content for clients at different levels, including C-suite executives;
  • Manage and deliver cybersecurity service projects; and
  • Lead, build, and mentor a cybersecurity service team.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • A degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline;
  • Certified or possess professional accreditations in cybersecurity;
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, either from an in-house or consultancy background; and
  • Demonstrated expertise in any of the following areas of cybersecurity:
  1. AIOps
  2. Application development
  3. Cloud Infrastructure
  4. Critical infrastructure
  5. Data governance and privacy
  6. Defensive/Offensive security
  7. DevSecOps
  8. Internet of Things (IoT)/Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)
  9. Operational Technology (OT)
  10. Other emerging technologies

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
