Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the team head to ensure the smooth daily operations of the trading and settlement system.
• Oversee the project management team for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and objectives from relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors.
• Provide guidance and direction to ensure the execution of all project activities on schedule with high quality standard and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience in business analysis/system analysis, with a strong background in the financial services industry preferred.
• Proven experience in manage complex IT projects with additional experience using Ayers/2GoTrade/Sharp Point considered is preferable.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools, good documentation management control.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
• Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and presentation skill to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Possession of project management certifications like PMP or CSM will be advantageous.
• Self-motivated and be a good teammate.
